Este taller interactivo se basa en la idea de que es necesario reducir la velocidad a fin de lograr equilibrio. Equilibrio entre nuestro reloj interno y externo. Equilibrio entre el mundo a nuestro alrededor y nuestra capacidad para manejarnos en él. Para lograr este equilibrio – y el éxito – en nuestras organizaciones necesitamos comprender los cambios a largo plazo que se producen en nuestra sociedad y nuestras organizaciones. Este taller abordará los cambios en los sistemas de valores a los que los líderes – y en realidad todos nosotros – nos enfrentamos.

En el taller veremos cómo Spiral Dynamics nos explica el desarrollo, el cambio en nuestras organizaciones, y porqué las metodologías basadas en fortalezas como la Indagación Apreciativa son ideales para lograr que estos cambios ocurran.

Trataremos uno de los temas clave en las organizaciones: ¿Cómo podemos cambiar la manera en que cambiamos para poder sustentarnos en el siglo XXI?

En el siglo XXI estamos centrados en la «creación de redes y comunidades», por lo que tenemos un mayor entendimiento de la importancia de las relaciones.

En base a su experiencia como líder en la comunidad empresarial, Joep C. de Jong compartirá activamente con nosotros su pensamiento y aplicación de las 9 prácticas (Presencia, interconexión, humildad, disciplina, valentía, integridad, transparencia, aprecio, reflexión) y cómo puede aplicarlo cada uno con el fin de hacer frente a estos cambios y lograr este equilibrio en su organización y en su vida. También compartirá su perspectiva sobre la forma en que lo aplicó con éxito en su experiencia como CEO y Director General en las organizaciones en las que trabajó, por ejemplo, Apple, Compaq, Universidad de Delft , Syntegra y British Telecom (BT) y los resultados que obtuvieron.

This interactive workshop will be based on the thought that we need to slow down in order to achieve balance. Balance between the world around us and our internal capability to deal with that. In order to achieve that balance – and success – in our organisations we need to have an understanding of the changes in our society and our organisations. During the workshop will see how Spiral Dynamics explains the development, the change in our organisations and why strength based approaches like Appreciative Inquiry are perfect to make these changes to take place. We will address one of the key questions of todays organisations: How do we change the way we change so we can sustain ourselves in the 21^st Century? The 21^st Century where our focus is more and more on ‘networking & communities’ and we have a growing understanding of the importance of relations. Based on his experiences as a leader in the business community Joep C. de Jong will actively engage us in his thinking about the 9 practices (Presence, Interconnectedness, Humility, Discipline, Courage, Integrity, Transparency, Appreciation, Reflection) and he applies himself and how they may apply for you in order to cope with these changes and to achieve this balance in your organisation and in your live. He will also share his perspective on how he successfully applied this as senior manager / CEO in the organisations he worked for, e.g. Apple, Compaq, University of Delft, Syntegra and British Telecom (BT) and the results it delivered.
