Daniel K Manitsky

Daniel Manitsky has 15 years helping groups of clients use collaborative innovation tools to co-create new solutions with internal and external stakeholders. His work spans the public, private and non-profit sectors in 30 countries.
His most formative professional experiences include leading results-based change management projects within the public-sector in Africa, the Middle East, the UK and the US; serving as lead coach for multi-stakeholder coalitions that improved social indicators at scale in Africa (Nutrition) and the US (Homelessness); designing beneficiary-lead innovation programs in Nepal (Nutrition), Ghana (Community Development) and Ethiopia (Reproductive Health). He has worked extensively with multi-lateral organizations including the World Bank and the UN system. Daniel’s passion is helping private companies and social-sector organizations form creative partnerships that simultaneously deliver social and business results.
The programs he has developed have been adopted by several Fortune 500 companies (including Coca Cola, The Walt Disney Company and Total).
He holds a Masters of Public Administration from NYU and a two bachelor’s degrees (magna cum laude) from the University of Illinois. He is certified in Lean/Six Sigma, Agile (PMP-ACP), Program Management (PMP) and as a Coach (AESCOP).
Trained in Appreciative Inquiry at IDeIA, Barcelona, Daniel uses AI by itself and with other approaches to create “end-to-end” experiences that bring positive change, innovation and growth in multi-stakeholder contexts.He has published articles in Industry Week, the Professional Practice Series of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the World Bank’s Practice Series.
