Improve communication and create a new business unit
Spanish Holding Company creates a new business unit of lighting Factory, Barcelona, Spain

The Holding Company created a Department that united three existing departments, as a result there was a communication deficiency due to the different ways of working previously and other challenges. We had an Appreciative Inquiry Summit with the topic: «Achieve professional objectives in a collaborative atmosphere with individual and collective efficiency».

As a result of the Summit, the objectives were achieved and there were even more topics to design proposals of change, some related to the creation of new products. We afterwards had another Summit focused on the new division that the business has created. As a result many creative ideas emerged, which are innovative and they support and expand this new division. The workers engaged in taking action to implement them with enthusiasm and the support of the CEO.
