Gustavo Rodriguez Baltar is an Oxford Leadership Consulting Partner, AI practitioner certified by Case Western USA, and Ontological Coach certified by Newfield Network, Chile.
He has been involved in the provision of cutting edge, tailor-made training and consulting services on an in-house basis to senior executives of multinational companies for 40 years.
This work has been driven by Gustavo’s commitment to supporting people in the development of their full potential and the improvement of their professional and personal strengths and talents.
As a born networker, Gustavo created, founded and managed EXCEL, “Excellent Center for Entrepreneurial Leaders” aimed at fostering corporate development. and organized over 50 events in Uruguay and abroad for its members with the participation of top-notch consultants from different countries.
He is also founded and acted as CEO of GRB Language Services, a pioneer company in providing tailor-made executive language training, consulting and translation for banking, pharmaceutical, IT, advertising, oil, and the main importers and exporters firms for 30 years.

Then after working as a full time Advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors of Zonamerica Park in Uruguay, he founded Advanced Human Systems (AHS) a training and consulting company in the area of HR development.

Gustavo has facilitated dozens of “Appreciative Inquiry” summits in a very diverse range of topics for local, regional and international corporations; he also coaches CEO´s and Management Teams and facilitates Leadership and Strategic Planning Workshops.
He was a key player to engage Weatherhead School of Management in applying IA in the Imagine Uruguay project.

He acted as Local Contact for the UN Global Compact until the local chapter was created. He serves as board member in several Foundations and NGOs
