Ignacio is passionate about working to create a positive difference in the world. He is committed to release people’s creative potential as a basis to build transformative relationships, with the aim of reaching a positive societal impact.He is convinced that we are witnessing an unprecedented global challenge, which needs the generation of dialogues and large-scale changes designed to care and nurture the positive core of all our living systems (ecological, social, political and economic).

He has been trained in organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University with distinguished specialists in the field. He has learned Appreciative Inquiry with David Cooperrider and Ron Fry; and Sustainable Value Creation with Chris Laszlo. Furthermore, Ignacio has been certified as Ontological Coach by The Newfield Network, as CTT Certified Consultant by the Barrett Values Centre, and is accredited by Hay Group to apply the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), developed by Richard Boyatzis and Daniel Goleman, to develop leaders’ emotional intelligence.

As a consultant, Ignacio is an expert at implementing the appreciative approach in organizations; embedding sustainability as a way to create competitive advantage; developing value-based cultural transformation programs; and implementing lean management tools. As an academic he has taught for the Masters in Construction Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (MAC -UC), the MBA Program at Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (Ecuador office), the School of Engineering at University of Talca, and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Currently, he is Business Partner at Relaciona Consultores, Member of the Instituto Relacional de Barcelona, Associate Researcher at the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value, and Associate Consultant at The Refinery Leadership Partners.
