Ilma Barros, Ph.D., received her doctorate in organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University. Her research and teaching focus on leadership development, sustainability, and organizational change.

As a co-founder and managing partner of TimeZero Enterprises LLC, she provides advisory services to organization and leaders in some of the world’s largest companies. Ilma has led hundreds of seminars and spoken widely about Appreciative Inquiry.

Ilma is a fellow at the Fowler Center for Sustainable Value and part of the core team of the Presencing Institute (http://www.presencing.com/about/people) where she is a faculty for the Presencing Foundation Program. Over the past 15 years she works with Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and since 2006 Theory U in large-scale interventions.
