Appreciative Feedback

Duration 16 hours. Online or in person
It is a space for learning, co-creation and collaboration between the leader and the members of his team. This training provides tools to leaders to accompany the design of individual development plans from the strengths, generating the expansion in the potential that will facilitate the achievement of individual and team goals and a generative dialogue with their collaborators about the future.

Goals:
• Promote a clear understanding through an appreciative dialogue, where are we now? Where do we want to go? and how will we get there? In order to identify the actions that the collaborator must plan and execute to achieve their objectives.
• Open the recognition space so that both the leader and the collaborator are aware of their exceptionality and essentiality in the organizational spaces.
• Facilitate the discovery of strengths, opportunities, aspirations and results through a process of appreciative dialogue; as well as the design of initiatives and action plans by the collaborator with the accompaniment of their leader.

During the training, the participants will review and expand their knowledge in:
• Appreciation, co-creation and high performance moments
• Listening, questions and accompaniment
• FOAR model for the design of Appreciative Feedback.
