Thinking Partner
Thinking Partner
This workshop helps people to develop thinking skills that facilitate the processes of reflection and co-creation in the work teams. Duration 16 hours.
A thinking partner has listening and inquiry skills in order to sustain the collaborative conversational field between people and groups.
It takes into account the aspirations and talents of its interlocutors, the strengths and personal and professional values; as well as the impact it has on the organization and on the whole system. It makes it easier for people to be in their most positive attitude and prosper together. Accompany others so that they are able to bring out their exceptionality, their essentiality and their capacity together with the whole system. It accompanies them to think about their priorities, those of their team, their organization and their community.
