Gonçalo Ferreira

He is a strategy and organizational development (OD) consultant focused on promoting and facilitating exciting and meaningful organizational innovations and transformations which can produce more sustainable companies, ie, companies that through their actions generate wellbeing for people and healthier ecosystem in which it operates at the same time it delivers positive results for the shareholders. In his work he integrates non-classical approaches and management tools, such as Appreciative Inquiry strengths based approach, the perspective by which personal transformation is the deepest source of all organizational transformations or the ontological coachig proposal, with the ‘mainstream management’ education and executive experience that he has accumulated. He is also lectures strategy and marketing at the BBS Business School.
He was a business executive with an international career in the Telecom, Information Services, Automotive and Banking industries, where he developed strategic business vision, leadership and human development skills, along with hand-on mentality and strong determination. He has extensive technical and executive experience in marketing, CRM, sales, customer management, information technology, human resources, administrative and financial areas.

M.Sc. in Information Science from the University of São Paulo, with a thesis on information social networks in organizations. Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry by David Cooperrider and Ronald Fry at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, USA. Training in Ontological Coaching from the European School of Coaching in Lisbon, Portugal. Training in Theory U, Otto Scharmer and Presencing Institute in São Paulo, Brazil. Economist with a degree in mathematics applied to economics and management from the University of Lisbon.
